Over the last 35 years, Wauseon Machine has grown from a small contract machine shop located in Wauseon, Ohio to three plants in Wauseon and an Automation & Robotic Integration Division near Dayton, Ohio. In 1999, Wauseon Machine integrated its first FANUC robot onto a custom leak testing machine and became an exclusive integrator of FANUC robotics soon thereafter. While staying true to our roots in the metal fabrication industry, we have experience with various other materials including plastics, glass, wood, and packaged food.
WMM is a FANUC Robotics Level IV Authorized System Integrator, Certified Servicing Integrator, and Certified Vision Specialist. We build both small and large robot cells and systems which are designed, built, and programmed entirely in-house. We are authorized to provide warranty and repair of FANUC robots, making us a "one stop shop". Our applications include assembly, inspection/testing, machine tending, material handling, material removal, dispensing, and most custom applications.
We pride ourselves on staying current with the latest technologies. We have experience using the intelligence in FANUC’s software suite, such as Force Sensing, iRVision, 3DL, and 3D Area Sensors, and we have successfully integrated collaborative robots and applications.
