FANUC ROBOGUIDE PaintPRO
Course Overview
This course is intended for an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who must set up, teach, test, and modify Paint applications and processes using the PaintPRO software addition to RoboGuide, FANUC’s 3D robot simulation software.
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to design, create, and modify a 3D workcell specifically tailored for Paint applications. Students will learn to use FANUC’s RoboGuide software with the PaintPRO addition to build Paint application workcells. More specifically:
• Create a Virtual WorkCell (Stop Station)
• Jog the Robots using the Virtual Teach Pendant & Teach Tool
• Create a robot on rail that moves around a fix part
• Create a Wall Mount robot using Line Tracking
• Create a Rail Mount robot using Rail Tracking
• Add a Style
• Calibrating the Virtual & Real World WorkCells Creating a Program
• Create & Edit Programs
• Run the Jobs
• Validate Jobs or Processes
This course consists of content descriptions and examples, interactive modules, and lesson reviews designed to reinforce what the student has learned. A post-test is used to measure the student’s mastery of the objectives.
