ROBOGUIDE-PaintPRO (View an overview of this course) It is highly recommended that you have knowledge of PaintTool prior to enrolling into this course. PaintPRO can be used for multiple different paint booth configurations as shown here. It is specifically designed to create paths that can be utilized by FANUC PaintTool application software installed on the robot. The operator can graphically select the area of the part to be painted and choose between several painting methods. These paths can then be validated within PaintPRO and be downloaded to the FANUC controller that is using PaintTool application. Dual Check Safety (DCS) (View sample of this course) Dual Check Safety is a FANUC America software function using dual inputs and dual CPUs to eliminate the need for safety relays. All FANUC R-30iA, and newer, controllers feature Dual Check Safety. DCS meets Safety Category 4 for Emergency Stop and category 3 for all other functions by the requirements of International Standard ISO13849-1 and IEC61508 by a notarized body. It Supports all 6 axis robots and single axis positioners and rail units. Excluded axes are Servo gun axes, Independent axes, and Continuous turn axes.
