Course Overview: This course covers the detailed instruction and procedures necessary for maintaining the FANUC VersaBell Rotary Atomizer. The course includes hands-on disassembly, assembly, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Course Objectives:  The course will cover:
-Identification of the VersaBell components
-Disassembly of the VersaBell
-Identification of defective applicator components
-Replacement procedures of applicator components
-Assembly of the VersaBell applicator

Recommended safety procedures are integrated into all training exercises.  In addition to presentations and demonstrations, the course offers a series of lab exercises for the student to complete. Lab exercises relate directly to the classroom presentation and are intended to reinforce what the student has learned through hands-on activities.

Audience:  This course is designed for personnel who are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the FANUC VersaBell.
