Mitotec Precision produces high-quality, complex components for a wide range of OEMs across various industries. Faced with rising demand for a titanium part, the company turned to Hydromat for a solution---two FORCE CNC rotary transfer machines.
Equipped with the FANUC Series 30i-B CNC, which integrates a FANUC LR Mate 200iD robot for automatic machine tending, the machines produce 10 times more parts compared to Mitotec’s other equipment.
Because of their accuracy and precision, the new machines produce better quality parts, minimizing the need for secondary operations and significantly optimizing efficiency.
