The course covers the tasks and procedures that an operator, technician, engineer or programmer needs to configure and program the FANUC Robotics HandlingTool Software.
Course Objectives:
- Safely start and move the robot
- Recover the robot from programs and common faults.
- Execute production operations.
- Create, modify and execute a material handling program.
- Create and run MACRO programs.
- Monitor, force and simulate input and output signals
- Backup and restore programs and individual files.
Audience
This course is designed for those who will be in charge of the operation or basic programming of a robot with controller system R-J3iB to R-30iB and with standard application software.

None.
Complete description
The course consists of theoretical exposition in the classroom, demonstrations, practical exercises, designed to reinforce learning.
Exam Note
In order to identify the level of initial knowledge and achievement during the course, an exam is applied at the beginning of the course and another at the end.

All exercises performed during the course include recommended safety procedures.
