Rich Meyer is a General Manager in the Customer Service Group (CSG) at FANUC America, where he leads training, product data management, rebuild, quoting, and customer support initiatives that help manufacturers maximize the performance and lifecycle value of their automation investments.
A 30-year veteran of FANUC America, Rich has held leadership positions across engineering, project management, training and customer service. Prior to his current role, he served as Director of Engineering for Training, Project Management and Quoting, and previously led FANUC's Certified Training organization.
Rich is based in the Detroit metropolitan area and is recognized for his expertise in industrial automation, workforce development, technical training and customer support. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Wayne State University.
