The Top Workplace USA Award by USA Today and Energage measures employee experience driven by the industry’s most robust benchmarks.
ROCHESTER HILLS, MI – (March 20, 2025) – FANUC America, a global industrial automation leader, has been named a Top Workplace USA for the fifth consecutive year. The national awards, announced by USA Today and purpose-driven solution provider Energage, are based on an annual employee survey about workplace experience.

The Top Workplace USA award celebrates organizations that have built great cultures, with recognition is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an Energage-led employee survey.
