FANUC presents the latest developments in its 0i-MODEL F Series CNC platform
ROCHESTER HILLS, Michigan – (September 12, 2016) FANUC America Corporation introduces new features to the already feature-rich 0i-MODEL F Series CNC platform. FANUC's 0i Series CNCs have earned a reputation for performance and reliability. The new advances in the 0i-F series bring it closer to the 30i-B series in terms of capabilities and features.
Enhancements to the 0i-F series include inclined rotary axis control, tool compensation for milling and turning, easy machine status configuration, and PC-based machining simulation.
The 0iT-F series has expanded the maximum number of control axes to 12 and the maximum number of feed axes to 10 in the 2-path machining system. The 0iM-F series has expanded the maximum number of spindle axes to 2.
FANUC will demonstrate two-path turning with a Y-axis at its IMTS 2016 booth (S-8919), highlighting the new features of the 0i-F series.
