3D Laser Scanner

The LS3Di-A is a compact, high-accuracy 3D laser scanner engineered for high-volume production environments that demand extremely fast laser welding speeds. Designed by FANUC, it integrates seamlessly with FANUC robots, enabling precise, real-time synchronization during operation. Both robot and scanner programs can be developed simultaneously within ROBOGUIDE, allowing automatic configuration of robot motion paths and laser output parameters. An optional Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) welding monitor further enhances performance by enabling real-time inspection and quality assurance during the welding process.
