Improved Accuracy and Mastering Recovery with Vision
FANUC iRCalibration adjusts mastering parameters to improve accuracy according to the load on and the operation area of a robot in an actual production line. Vision master recover improves robot repairability by establishing a reference grid location using vision prior to a repair. After the repair is completed, vision locates the grid again and automatically restores robot mastering. This approach minimizes robot downtime and helps ensure consistent robot performance following maintenance activities.
