Robotic and AMR Solutions for Warehousing, Fulfillment and Supply Chain Operations

April 13–16, 2026 • Georgia World Congress Center • Booth B8923

FANUC America will showcase a powerful lineup of robotic and autonomous material movement technologies at MODEX 2026 — all designed to help warehouse, logistics, and supply chain operations boost throughput, improve accuracy, reduce manual strain, and address workforce challenges. Visit us at Booth B8923 to see how FANUC’s intelligent robots and AI driven perception tools work together to streamline box handling, scanning, picking, palletizing, depalletizing, and intralogistics.

CRX-30iA with AMR Palletizing

Featured Demonstration: CRX 30iA Mobile Manipulator with AMR Palletizing

New for MODEX 2026 is FANUC’s CRX‑30iA mobile manipulator demonstrating palletizing with a fully integrated robotic Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) system engineered for warehouse, fulfillment and distribution environments. This solution tackles palletizing and transport tasks traditionally prone to ergonomic strain while delivering high throughput.

The system uses AI driven perception, box locating vision, payload estimation and barcode based decision logic to adapt to varying product types and pallet conditions. A smart safety architecture enables high speed operation when the area is clear, and automatically slows when workers approach — supporting safe, fenceless collaboration.

Technologies included are:

  • A robot‑mounted 3DV/400 sensor for box locating
  • CRX‑30iA palletizing from quarter pallets
  • Payload estimation and compensation for flexible handling
  • The AMR transporting multiple boxes at once and building full pallets
  • iRVision barcode scanning for routing, sorting, and verification
  • Full repalletizing and depalletizing sequences (quarter pallet to full pallet)
  • AI‑assisted perception for dynamic box recognition, accurate positioning, and adaptive palletizing logic

Additional Demonstrations at MODEX 2026

CRX-10iA Label Inspection

Interactive Box Scanning – CRX-10iA

A hands on, customer-controlled collaborative robot experience allowing attendees to teach the robot using free hand guidance, drag and drop programming and a custom Tablet Teach Pendant interface. The CRX-10iA scans labels and barcodes using a 3DV/200 vision sensor, demonstrating rapid, intuitive deployment.

M-10 Tote Consolidation

Tote Consolidation – M-10/12-14D

A multi stock keeping unit pick and place demo using the M-10/12-14D robot, 2D iRVision cameras to read bin barcodes and a 3DV/600 sensor to find pickable items. Radio frequency identification integration supports intelligent identification workflows commonly required in high mix fulfillment environments.

FANUC M-710 Palletizing Products

Flexible Palletizing and Depalletizing – M-710/50-26D

Featuring a M-710/50/26D robot, 3DV/1600 3D vision sensor and the FANUC iPC Box running AI Box Locator, this system accurately detects and locates boxes — even in difficult or inconsistent patterns. The robot depalletizes and repalletizes products between conveyors and pallets while also handling slip sheets between layers.
