Linear Motors

The FANUC linear motor in the LiS-D series eliminates deforming components such as ball screws and reduces mechanical wear by minimizing moving parts. This design enables high servo rigidity, allowing for higher gain, improved precision, and maintenance-free operation. In addition, the LiS-D series supports long, rigid stroke axes, increased thrust force, and flexible multi-head configurations by arranging multiple coil sliders on a single magnet track.
