FANUC M-810 Series

The M‑810 series delivers high-performance machining even when subjected to external loads often seen during machining operations. This is achieved through a combination of a rigid casting design, enhanced backlash compensation, and high absolute positional accuracy. This series is available with 190kg and 270kg max payloads designed for heavy-duty machining applications while still having the flexibility of a 6-axis robot to work across large workpieces. Together, the M‑810/190‑20B and M‑810/270‑27B provide manufacturers with a high accuracy robot for heavy‑duty milling, drilling, tapping, and advanced machining processes.

M-810 Series Highlights

FANUC Employee Programming M-810

High‑Force Machining Performance

The M‑810 Series is purpose‑built for applications where high external forces demand maximum stiffness and stability. A reinforced casting design and refined backlash control enable each robot to maintain precise tool‑path accuracy even during aggressive material‑removal processes such as steel milling, drilling, and tapping.

Precision Under Load

Both models deliver high absolute positional accuracy and repeatability suited for advanced machining environments. The M‑810/190‑20B offers ±0.02 mm repeatability with a 190 kg payload, while the M‑810/270‑27B provides ±0.03 mm repeatability with a 270 kg payload—ensuring stable, accurate performance when handling large tools or heavy machining heads.

M-810 Wet Machining

Industrial‑Grade Environmental Protection

Suitable for both dry and wet machining operations, the M-810 series is rated for IP67 protection at the J3 arm and wrist. This allows the robots to reliably operate in harsh manufacturing conditions where there frequent exposure to cutting fluid, metal chips, and machining debris.
