iRCalibration Signature

iRCalibration Signature is an accuracy enhancement package designed to improve a robot’s absolute positioning performance by compensating for mechanical tolerances and installation variations. Through precision measurement and software‑based error compensation, iRCalibration allows FANUC robots to achieve significantly higher absolute accuracy in demanding applications.
Rather than changing hardware, iRCalibration applies correction data directly within the robot software, compensating for mechanical variations of individual mechanical units.
