iRVision Inspection

FANUC iRVision Inspection is an integrated vision solution that enables FANUC robots to perform automated part inspection directly within the robot controller. Using 2D vision tools, including optional AI‑based inspection, the system verifies part presence, position, orientation, and quality inline with the robotic process. Because iRVision Inspection is fully embedded in the FANUC controller, it provides reliable, real‑time inspection without external PCs, simplifying system architecture while improving process consistency and quality in manufacturing and assembly applications.
