Story
For more than 75 years, Clack has been a leading provider of water treatment parts.
To better address the demand for their products, Clack Corporation wanted to automate their processes to improve the efficiency and precision of production. Because they manufacture three out of four parts necessary to create a water softener, Clack needed to ensure the quality of its products in a scalable way.
The integration of FANUC robots made it easy to automate manual processes like trimming to increase production efficiency and reduce the margin of human error, while also allowing them to focus on measuring important metrics and maintaining high-quality standards.
FANUC is easier to program, easier to troubleshoot, and more importantly, you have local technicians who can help us. With a lot of robotics, we want to be with someone who knows what they’re doing.
