FANUC DR Series Delta Robot Highlights
The DR Series is FANUC’s largest-envelope and highest-payload delta robot series. The DR-3iB/6 STAINLESS offers a 1200 mm horizontal reach, 450 mm vertical reach, and 6 kg payload. The DR-3iB/8L offers a 1600 mm horizontal reach, 500 mm vertical reach, and 8 kg payload.
This extended reach and payload capacity make the DR Series well-suited for applications such as wide conveyors and case packing into tall boxes or cartons, while maintaining repeatability of ±0.03 mm. With higher payload capacity and increased wrist inertia of 0.2 kgm², the DR Series can handle heavier products at higher conveyor speeds.
Brake release feature
A brake release switch allows users to conveniently move the robot without the need for a teach pendant.
Easy to integrate
The DR Series includes features that simplify cable routing and dress-out. Mounting provisions make it easy to route cables and vacuum hoses along the link arms, while a large 20 mm hollow wrist allows for easier wiring and piping to the wrist and end-of-arm tooling. These features support better cable control and can help extend cable life.

Integrated iRVision with FANUC’s conveyor tracking iRPickTool software makes it easier for multiple high-speed robots to work together efficiently on a production line.
