As one of the latest additions to our line of cobots, the CRX-30iA is one of the heavier lifters of the FANUC CRX series. With a payload of 25-30 kg and a reach of 1756 mm, the CRX 30-iA is perfect for tasks that demand extra lifting in a collaborative setting, while preserving the safety and simplicity of programming that the CRX series is known for. 

It is the first FANUC cobot to feature standard wrist button functionality, located on the J6 flange. You can now directly teach the robot new movements using the customizable buttons right on its wrist, giving you total control and flexibility.

Enhanced Visual Feedback for Collaborative Operation

LED Control

The CRX‑30iA now supports advanced LED control with up to seven distinct color outputs, giving integrators and operators clearer visual cues for robot status, operating mode, and safety conditions.

Available LED Colors

The LED ring can display any of the seven colors produced by combining the red, green, and blue channels:

  • Red
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Yellow (Red + Green)
  • Cyan / Light Blue (Green + Blue)
  • Magenta / Purple‑Red (Blue + Red)
  • White (Red + Green + Blue)

Collaborative Screwdriving

This feature enables screw tightening to be performed entirely in collaborative mode, allowing safe human‑robot interaction while delivering accurate, high‑torque fastening. Built‑in programming and load management functions support consistent results and process transparency.

Force Compliance Function

Force Compliance (formerly SoftFloat) enables CRX robots to respond intelligently to contact forces using integrated sensors. Users can fine‑tune how the robot reacts to force and torque, allowing compliant, controlled motion for precision tasks.
