M-Tend

M-Tend is Matrix’s standard collaborative machine tending cell built on the FANUC CRX-20iA/L robot to pick, tend, wash, blow off, and stage parts within a compact enclosed workstation. It uses dual Schunk electric grippers, quick-change fingers, part staging nests, a wash dunk tank, and a blow-off station to create a continuous, repeatable production process from raw part loading to finished part staging.
