The FANUC CNC technical helpline gives you help when you need it most, with troubleshooting help from trained engineers and emergency parts shipment to help get up back up and running fast.

Our specially trained engineers answer technical questions and often are able to solve the problem over the phone. If on-site support is necessary, the technical support engineer can diagnose the problem and select the right spare parts with the field service engineer. This service is especially beneficial for customers who have attended one of our CNC maintenance training courses.
Free technical phone support is available during regular business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm (Central) Monday through Friday. With a FANUC CS24 CNC After-Hours Support Contract, you get the support you need around the clock.
You can always log on to the FANUC CNC Portal to check your parts order status or part pricing and availability.
