iRVision Operation and Programming R-50iA 3DV

iRVision - 3D Vision Sensor R50iA is course is intended for an operator, technician, engineer or programmer who must setup and/or troubleshoot FANUC iRVision 3DV Sensor processes and related tools. Recommended safety procedures are integrated into all training exercises.

Prerequisites: 2 requirements iRVision 2D Setup and Operations as well as one of either HandlingTool, SpotTool, ArcTool, or DispenseTool Operation and Programming.

Students who have attended a class more than four years in the past are required to pass a preparatory test prior to attending the class.

The course consists of lectures, chapter reviews, demonstrations, and a series of lab exercises designed to reinforce what the student has learned.

Course Objectives:

• Identify specific details related to a 3D Vision Sensor
• Properly Install a 3D Vision Sensor
• Setup and prepare a 3D Vision Sensor for a Vision Process
• Identify how to create and Execute an Automatic Re-Calculation of a Mounting Position
• Investigate and Test 3D Tools to be used along with a 3DV Single View Vision Process
• Successfully complete and test a 3DV Stitching Vision Process (FOV Expansion)
• Successfully complete and test a 3DV Stitching Vision Process (Interpolation)
• Successfully complete and test a 3DV Multi-View Vision Process
• Successfully setup, complete and test a Interference Avoidance System, Robot and Condition Data
• Successfully setup, complete and test a Parts List Manager
• Identify and Integrate IA, PLM, KAREL Programs and BIN Picking TPP for BIN Picking Applications

In addition to lab exercises, a pre-test and a post-test are used to measure mastery of objectives.

Students who have attended a class more than four years in the past are required to pass a preparatory test prior to attending the class.
