R-30iB Plus
FANUC’s R‑30iB Plus controller delivers fast processing and improved performance, enabling quick setup, easy programming, and high precision.
Offering high performance in a small footprint, the FANUC M-20iD/25 is ideally suited to loading and unloading machines as well as parts handling and positioning in crowded factory environments. For best access, it features a compact arm and wrist and, thanks to its new improved design and drive train, offers significantly higher axis speeds and motion performance. With an increased active stroke of 1831 mm, it offers a generous working envelope, with better rigidity translating to improved repeatability of ± 0.02 mm. To prevent snagging and improve reliability, cable routing is internal. By combining performance with reliability, the FANUC M-20iD/25 maximizes throughput leading to higher profitability. Installation is easy and running costs are low.
The M-20iD series features a fully integrated cable management system.
The FANUC M-20iD/25 food grade robot is designed for users in the food industry that need high-speed and high-payload robots.
The extra smooth surfaces of the M-20iD series helps to minimise dust and dirt build up. Thanks to IP67 protection on its arm and wrist axis, it is well suited for dirty applications such as grinding or deburring.
This robot model is integrated into the FANUC's own offline programming software ROBOGUIDE. ROBOGUIDE is a powerful tool that enables integrators, planners and users to design cells, systems and motions offline.
