Advanced Teach Pendant Programming R-30iA/B/B Plus

This 5-day (40 hours) course covers advanced programming concepts that a technician, engineer or programmer needs to develop more complex scenarios.

Target Audience: Students who use the R-30iA, R-30iB, R-30iBPlus controller should take this version of the Advanced Teach Pendant Programming course. This course is intended for the person who must conduct advanced programming on a robot with a Tool application software.

Prerequisites:

• Completion of a live, FANUC instructor-led Operation and Programming course (such as HandlingTool, ArcTool, SpotTool). Completion of an online eLearn Operation and Programming course will not meet this prerequisite.
• Students who attended a class more than 4 years in the past are required to pass a preparatory test prior to admittance into this class, such as the General HandlingTool opt-out Exam.
• Students must be able to log into their MyFANUC account.
• It is strongly recommended students bring their own laptop for use in class.

• Tool Offset Function
• User Offset Function
• Program Shift Utility
• Program Adjust Utility
• Set Robot Payload using Payload ident.
• Setup Collision Guard.
• Setup Config Screen Items
• Create Mixed Logic Instructions
• Execute Programs in Background Logic
• Program with Flags and Markers
• Utilize User Operator Panel I/O
• Start Production via PNS, RSR, STYLE and/or OTHER
• Setup Pre-Production Checks
• Identify Program Development Issues

Dress Code: Appropriate business casual attire is required to attend any class at all FANUC training facilities. No shorts, leggings, tank tops, or open-toe shoes are permitted. PPE (Personal protective equipment) is not required for this class.
