FANUC at Automate 2026: Physical AI and Advanced Robotics for Real-World Automation

June 22–26 | McCormick Place, Chicago
Booth #1401 (Main Booth) | Booth #1001 (Cobot and Go)

Discover how FANUC is advancing industrial automation through Physical AI, collaborative robotics and scalable automation solutions designed for real-world production. Across two complementary exhibits, FANUC will showcase intelligent robotics, generative AI applications and pre-engineered systems that enable manufacturers to deploy automation faster and more effectively.

Automation Solutions for Intelligent, Adaptive Manufacturing

At Automate 2026, FANUC will demonstrate how manufacturers can apply advanced robotics and AI-enabled technologies to improve flexibility, precision and scalability across a wide range of industries.

Inside the main booth, FANUC highlights next-generation capabilities including Physical AI, real-time 3D vision, generative AI and digital twin simulation—enabling robots to perceive, adapt and execute tasks in dynamic production environments.

In the adjacent Cobot and Go booth, FANUC demonstrates a new approach to automation deployment, featuring pre-engineered collaborative robot systems developed with leading system integrators and designed for rapid implementation.

Main Booth Highlights (Booth #1401)

Explore a wide range of robotics and automation technologies designed to solve complex manufacturing challenges and accelerate adoption of Physical AI.

M-710 Food Option Palletizing

M-710/50-26D Food Option Robot Palletizing with Digital Twin Visualization

A FANUC M-710/50-26D industrial robot handles palletizing and depalletizing of packaged food products, supported by digital twin simulation for system optimization and commissioning.

R-2000E Series

R-2000/E Series Successor Robots High Payload Welding and Spot Welding

FANUC R-2000/E Series industrial robots demonstrate high-speed material handling and spot welding with increased performance and a reduced footprint.

P-55/15-21A Line Tracking

P-55/15-21A Paint Robot Advanced Paint Automation with Line Tracking

A P-55/15-21A paint robot demonstrates advanced finishing automation with integrated overhead conveyor line tracking. Using PaintTool software and high efficiency applicators, the robot applies consistent coatings to moving parts, highlighting precise path control and expanded reach for industrial finishing applications. By redesigning explosion-proof circuits, reducing the number of components and integrating units, all functions have been consolidated into a single cabinet, resulting in a simplified structure, including encoders that no longer require batteries.

Cobot and Go Highlights (Booth #1001)

FANUC’s new Cobot and Go exhibit introduces a scalable approach to automation, featuring standardized collaborative robot solutions designed for fast deployment and ease of use.

These systems—developed by FANUC Authorized System Integrators—demonstrate how manufacturers can implement automation using portable, application-ready solutions rather than complex, custom-built cells.
