AI Servo Monitor

See machine problems before they happen with FANUC’s new AI Servo Monitor. Users get insight into any abnormalities detected on a machine equipped with a FANUC CNC through daily data collection and analysis.

Powered by artificial intelligence, AI Servo Monitor can predict possible failures of the drive systems for FANUC servo and spindle motors. The software works in conjunction with FANUC’s machine status monitoring and data collection software, MT-Link i. It uses data obtained from FANUC servo and spindle motors, and since the data is obtained directly from the motor, a separate sensor is not required.

CNC Guide

CNC Guide simulates the FANUC CNC for part program creation, G‑code testing and optimization all via a PC. Users can learn how to operate FANUC CNCs in a virtual environment without wasting valuable machining time. Machine Tool Builders and OEMs can use CNC Guide to create digital twins of their machines and test the logic for faster proof of concept.

CNC Guide 2

CNC GUIDE 2 is not only a virtual CNC that gives you the option to accurately simulate part programs, but also replicates the mechanical characteristics of a real-world machine. By importing real machine data, such as the frequency response and friction models captured, the resulting simulation accurately reproduces a real mechanical system. Because CNC GUIDE 2 includes all the actual FANUC control algorithms, its output reflects the parameterization and tuning of a real CNC. For our machine tool builders, CNC GUIDE 2 can be used as a powerful development support tool to efficiently assist in the creation/debugging of screens and ladder programs.

CNC Machining Simulation for Workforce Development

CNC Training Via A Digital Twin

*This product is only available in the Americas

FANUC’s Machining Simulation for Workforce Development offers virtual training on FANUC controls operation, part programming and more. The realistic simulation software, powered by ModuleWorks, can be operated now as 5‑axis and 3‑axis mills or a 2‑axis lathe.

Our platform creates a digital twin of the machine tool and simulates the cutting process. Using actual CNC position data, the digital twin provides an accurate and realistic depiction of actual machine behavior.

*Please note: To use the Machining Simulation for Workforce Development software, a full version of CNC Guide is required. Learn more by visiting our CNC Guide page.

CNC Reflection Studio

FANUC’s CNC Reflection Studio offers benefits for machine builders and end users alike by creating digital twin machines to simulate and check CNC programs and real-world machining processes. Running an unverified G‑code program can result in a costly mistake — even a properly written program can still cause a machine collision. But testing a new part program in CNC Reflection Studio can safely and quickly prove out the machining process before touching an actual CNC machine.

CNC-Robot Control

The Robot G‑code feature allows CNC operators to control a FANUC robot through the CNC. Even operators with little to no experience with FANUC robotic systems can create a robot program from the CNC using G‑code. The Robot G‑code feature is available on FANUC CNC Series Oi-F, Oi-F Plus, 30i-B and 30i-B Plus. Adding automation to your FANUC CNC has never been easier or more cost-effective!
