Matthew Sikowski is General Manager of Paint Shop Process and Application Innovation and Automotive Proposals at FANUC America Corporation, where he leads innovation in robotic paint and sealer applications and supports advanced automation solutions for the automotive industry. With more than 25 years at FANUC and prior experience at General Motors, Matthew brings extensive expertise in engineering, program management, and manufacturing automation. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a master's degree in Business Information Technology from Walsh College.
