ROBODRILL

New ROBOMACHINE Products

IMTS 2026 will mark the debut of FANUC's next-generation ROBODRILL DC Series machining centers featuring FANUC’s latest CNC and servo technologies:

  • The D54CS performs heavy drilling, high-speed drilling and tapping on S50C steel with the 10k high torque spindle paired with Smart Spindle Load Control
  • The D74CS performs high-speed cutting capabilities with the new 12k high-acceleration spindle, showcasing the latest in software functions and G-codes exclusive to ROBODRILL for cycle-time reduction
  • The D116CS introduces the expansion of the X-Axis stroke to 1100 mm and Y-Axis to 600 mm; using the high-inertia DDR-TiB, FANUC performs high-precision positioning and high-speed processing of large electric vehicle instrument panels

Advancing the Future of Manufacturing

From intelligent robotics and collaborative automation to virtual factory simulation and AI-driven production, FANUC is helping manufacturers solve today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's opportunities. Discover the technologies shaping the next generation of manufacturing at IMTS 2026.

Physical AI

FANUC is collaborating with NVIDIA to advance Physical AI—a new paradigm that merges artificial intelligence with physical robotics to enable machines that see, reason, and act in dynamic environments. This approach empowers manufacturers to create photorealistic digital twins of their factories, train robots virtually, and deploy them with unprecedented speed and flexibility.

Cobots and robots

Cobots & Robots

From high-speed robotic welding and wet machining to flexible cobot inspection and kitting, our solutions are built to be fast to deploy, easy to use, and engineered to boost productivity and profitability across the automotive sector.

Smart digital twin

FANUC's Smart Digital Twin for Manufacturing

FANUC's Smart Digital Twin offerings help optimize your processes for faster, better and more accurate machining. Digital twins provide virtualization of the machine, control and machining processes. Digitalizing real-world applications makes operations more efficient by proving out CNC machining in the virtual world. That means less waste, better quality and more production.
